Take Care of Yourself!

It can be easy to be on the go and work on art projects all the time, not just for artists but for everyone, yet it is important to remember to take care of yourself. Eating lots of fresh and organic fruits and veggies; getting in exercise such as going for a run, playing a vigorous tennis game, or going to a hot yoga class; and letting stress go by reading, taking a bath, or watching a fun movie, all go a long way in keeping you strong and healthy and ready to tackle those projects.
